Despite the terrible weather, all project partners met in Leuven on 8-9 Feb in a very positive mood to discuss how the project is going and to make plans for the next 6 months. The meeting began on Monday with a series of really interesting workshops on digital storytelling, on different apps in use in teacher training and on object–based learning. These workshops enabled everyone to not only update themselves on specific tools and approaches but also as a way to get to know the strengths of each partner. Day 2 was all about reviewing the status of the first intellectual output, the research agenda and to making plans for the second intellectual output, the menu of tools and approaches. One of the main decisions made was to move the research agenda to a wiki format and to develop the menu as a simple and easy to access database. Both of which will eventually be made available on this website. The next steps for the partners are to finalise the research agenda and to agree the template to be used for inputting tools, approaches and experiences to the DICHE database. The next meeting for the partners will be in Utrecht in June 2016.
